Schedule your initial visit to discuss your Symptoms and review your health history. We will discuss if TRT can be helpful for you. If you have recent labs from your PCP, we will review them
together and determine if additional testing is needed.

$175 / month (monthly subscription)

Serving men outside the immediate area of Optimal Man's physical location. Education for Injections will be reviewed with you or a person you choose to perform injections for you.
** Includes ALL visits, Rx for Testosterone will be shipped to you.
An additional fee is charged every 3–6 months for lab work done at LabCorp ​(done at aLabCorp office near you).

$240 per month (monthly subscription)
*** Price includes ALL office visits, Injections in the office and in-office testing of Total Testosterone & PSA levels, and intermittent lab work at LabCorp. Additional charge every 3 - 6 months for Lab work sent to LabCorp for additional testing.

(LabCorp pricing and medication cost for Tele-Health visits are excluded)

$70 per week
*** Price includes ALL office visits, weekly injections of Testosterone and in-office testing and intermittent LabCorp tests. Additional fee charged every 3-6 months for testing done at LabCorp.

In-office Point of Care Testing (Total Testosterone and PSA) = $60
Lab work sent to LabCorp = $120
(Complete Blood Count, Chemistry, Thyroid Function, Lipid Panel and Additional Hormone levels)
